Processing Time:

We work hard to get your order to you quickly! Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and ship your order.



Shipping Information:

At checkout, please double-check your billing and shipping details to make sure everything is correct. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, send us an email at hello@villabeauty.co with your order number and the updated address. We’ll do our very best to update it before your package ships, though we can’t always guarantee changes once an order is finalized.



Order Cancellations:

Changed your mind? We’ll happily try to cancel your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at hello@villabeauty.co with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled.



Delivery:

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package is on its way, USPS is responsible for the final delivery. This includes any issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you run into any trouble with your delivery, we recommend reaching out to your local post office for the quickest help.
